At Stickier, we are committed to delivering your stickers quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery options, shipping costs, and what to expect when you place an order.

1. Shipping Options

Ship Now

When you select "Ship Now" at checkout:

  • Your stickers will be printed and shipped within 2-5 business days
  • You will receive tracking information via email once shipped
  • Stickers are printed on premium vinyl with a protective laminate

Ship Later (Hold in Inventory)

When you select "Ship Later" at checkout:

  • Your stickers are held in your digital inventory
  • You can sell them on the marketplace without waiting for shipping
  • Request shipping at any time from your account
  • After 365 days, stickers are automatically shipped to your registered address

2. Shipping Costs

Worldwide Flat Rate Shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS with simple, flat-rate pricing:

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Order Processing

Here's what happens after you place an order:

  1. Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming your order within minutes
  2. Production: Stickers are printed within 1-3 business days
  3. Quality Check: Each sticker is inspected before shipping
  4. Shipment: Your order is packaged and handed to the carrier
  5. Tracking: You'll receive tracking information via email

Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

4. Packaging

We take great care in packaging your stickers:

  • Stickers are placed in protective sleeves to prevent scratches
  • Orders are shipped in rigid mailers to prevent bending
  • Multiple stickers are carefully stacked and secured
  • "Do Not Bend" marking on all packages

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships:

  • You'll receive an email with tracking information
  • Track your order directly on the carrier's website
  • View order status in your Stickier account under "Orders"

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving the shipment notification.

6. Delivery Issues

Missing Packages

If your package appears delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check around your delivery location (porches, mailrooms, neighbors)
  • Wait 24-48 hours as packages sometimes show delivered early
  • Check with others at your address who may have received it
  • Contact us if not found after 48 hours

Damaged Packages

If your stickers arrive damaged:

  • Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We'll send replacements at no additional cost

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your address:

  • Contact us immediately after placing your order
  • Address changes may not be possible once the order has shipped
  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees

7. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes within the United States
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses for military personnel

Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer than standard shipping.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

  • Countries under U.S. trade sanctions
  • Addresses that cannot receive mail

If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
